Supported by the CA Jobs First Catalyst Grant, we're bringsing together cross-sector partners to design inclusive workforce strategies for Imperial Valley’s growing clean energy sector. Focused on career pathways that don’t require a four-year degree, we're prioritizing communities like Calipatria, Niland, and Bombay Beach. Key goals include removing barriers such as childcare and transportation, conducting accessibility audits, and developing actionable plans that connect local residents to high-quality jobs in lithium and green industries.
